What is HACCP?
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (or HACCP) is a set of principles for controlling the quality of food products we prepare, distribute and consume. HACCP is recognized internationally as the incoming standard for food safety. HACCP helps identify, evaluate and control potential hazards in the food-supply process before they become harmful to the consumer.
Our poured-foam refrigerated truck bodies feature seamless and fastener-free fibreglass liners and aluminum floors to help you meet the stringent demands of your HACCP-aware clients. A HACCP- compliant truck body is an essential link in the chain of food and food-products supply.
